Welcome to Cozyspace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cozyspace website, apps, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using Cozyspace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Using Cozyspace

Cozyspace is a free online focus space that provides a Pomodoro-style timer, ambient scenes, and lightweight task and note tools. You may use the Service for your own personal or professional productivity, provided you use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that takes place through your use of the Service.

2. No account required

Cozyspace works without an account. Your tasks, notes, and preferences are stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers. This means your data stays on your device — but it also means clearing your browser storage, switching devices, or using private browsing may remove it. We are not responsible for lost data, so please keep your own copies of anything important.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Resell, rebrand, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades it for others.

4. Third-party content

Cozyspace may embed or link to third-party content and services, such as streaming music, videos, or sounds. That content is owned by its respective providers and is subject to their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and its availability may change at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Cozyspace name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Cozyspace and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission. Anything you create with the Service — your tasks and notes — remains yours.

6. The Service is provided "as is"

Cozyspace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozyspace and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or productivity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
